Education plays a vital role in shaping one's thought process and decision making skills. Teachers, being the backbone of the educational system, have a significant impact on the development of their students. This essay aims to discuss how teacher's decision making affects their teaching style.

Critical thinking is a valuable tool that enables individuals to think clearly and rationally. It helps in improving their ability to formulate and construct arguments. In the modern era, the educational system requires more than just learning a list of facts. Building a strong student-teacher relationship is crucial for a successful career. As an educator, I have developed my critical thinking skills and patience over time. For instance, after assembly, I noticed various students with different personalities. Some were active, while some were passive, and others were reluctant to speak English. However, instead of getting frustrated or annoyed, I took a step back and questioned their mother tongue. This allowed me to approach them with a more straightforward approach and communicate effectively with all my students.

Teachers function not only as a mere source of knowledge but also as role models and influencers for their students. Therefore, they have to be mindful of their actions and decisions. During one of my classes, I observed that some students had family issues that affected their learning. As an educator, it is important to offer support and care for every child.
