According to Tim Berners-Lee, data is a valuable asset that can outlast any system. The advancements in computer and technology, along with the ever-growing importance of analysis, present opportunities for us to shape our future with the help of Data Science. Therefore, I have chosen to pursue a Master's Degree in Data Science to gain comprehensive knowledge and expertise in the field.

From an early age, I have been keen on Computer Programming, Mathematics, Communication, and Networks, which have fostered my creativity and ingenuity. As I continued to grow and learn, my interests diversified, and I discovered the many aspects of data science. I find its integration of computer programming, probability, statistics, analysis, management, and communication skills fascinating and believe that this comprehensive field can answer complex business and practical questions while also shaping the future. Therefore, I plan to achieve a Master's Degree to accomplish significant data analysis.

My academic journey began when I completed my 10th standard from St. Andrews High School (CBSE) with a CGPA of 8.4 and subsequently finished my 12th standard from Sri Chaitanya Junior College with 94.5%. I then pursued a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communication from St. Martin's Engineering College (Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad) with a High CGPA of 8.0.

To enhance my skills, I completed a 3-month internship at KEOLIS Hyderabad Mass Rapid Transit System, followed by an additional 3 months at Wipro Limited. My internship experiences helped me polish my knowledge, skills and abilities in computer programming, probability, statistical analysis, and communication. These experiences gave me direction, set clear career goals and objectives, and helped me identify my interests.

During my undergraduate education, I worked on various projects, which included an 'Efficient fixed width adder tree' project aimed at obtaining fixed-width AT designs using truncated input. I also worked on a 'Converting Image to pencil sketch' project, which focused on using computer vision in a python programming language to convert normal photos into pencil sketches. Lastly, the 'Deconvoluting multispectral satellite images using ACS with Wiener Filter' project utilized a 2-D FIR Wiener filter driven by the adaptive cuckoo search (ACS) algorithm for denoising multispectral satellite images contaminated with Gaussian noise of different variance levels.

Aside from academics, I participated in various international conferences, Hackathons, and extra-curricular activities such as arts, crafts, and sports. These activities earned me numerous certifications and fueled my enthusiasm for learning.

Currently, I am working full-time as a GET in Landis+Gyr as a Java Developer in Research and Software Development (R&D) for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. This role further honed my skills in programming languages, data analysis, calculus, operating systems, and database operations.

Recently, I gained a basic understanding of data and have set my sights on building a career in Data Science. I find it intellectually challenging, yet rewarding, and believe it will offer great opportunities in the future. My passion, intelligence, and confidence have prepared me to embark on this exciting and challenging journey. I look forward to making a significant contribution to the field by working on innovative projects and discovering new data science concepts that can improve user experience and enhance our daily lives.

Obtaining a Master's degree in Data Science from the University seems like the perfect stepping stone towards my career aspirations. The program encompasses various areas of my strengths and offers a curriculum that fosters growth in the core concepts of data science. Additionally, the coursework exposes me to a plethora of other topics that are essential for my professional growth, guaranteeing success in my chosen field. The program offers a sophisticated global and diverse environment that promises to equip me with practical and technical skills that are relevant for my career.

The campus itself is magnificent and provides excellent academic graduate offices, a recognized workforce, and an incredible graduate network, which will play an integral role in my MS program and fulfill my learning aspirations in becoming a professional Data Scientist. I am confident that this program will expose me to invaluable opportunities, offering realizations, and allowing me to maximize my talents.

I have always had a passion for a career that fosters creativity, innovation, and a flexible work environment. Pursuing higher education is an essential step in achieving these career goals, and I am confident that with hard work and dedication, I will excel in my chosen field of interest.
